一、用途 One, application
1、對(duì)桶身成型后的半成品與地板（桶底）進(jìn)行密封成型的設(shè)備；

二、性能特點(diǎn)
Two, characteristics
1、它完成桶身與地板（桶底）卷封密封成型，并可對(duì)卷封過程進(jìn)行2次注膠；
1. It completes the seaming and forming of the drum body with the drum bottom, and can make second time glue injection for the seaming process.
2、安裝有4個(gè)卷封輪，形成2套卷封工位，可適應(yīng)品種快速切換，無需更換卷封輪；
2. Equipped with four seaming wheel and forming two sets of seaming station, which can be adapted to rapid change of varieties without changing the seaming wheel.
3、通過觸摸屏，對(duì)卷封輪進(jìn)給量、桶身高度、卷封工位選擇等進(jìn)行數(shù)字設(shè)置，并自動(dòng)完成工藝調(diào)整；
3. Having digital setting for the feeding amount, the height of the drum body, selection of the seaming station, the position of the welding line,ect. and adjust the process automatically through the touch screen.
4、卷封輪高低位置可快速調(diào)節(jié)；

5、實(shí)現(xiàn)立式加工，適應(yīng)整體流水線需要，安裝維修方便；
